-I offer in-person sessions Monday / Wednesday / Thursday at Tonume Integrative Health

-Receipts will be provided for insurance reimbursement and must be submitted manually by the client. Please check with your insurance provider first for “registered counselling coverage.” My clinical counselling designation is MPCC-P #4716

-Please fill out intake form prior to first visit (it will be sent via email after booking).

-New fee structure change beginning September 1st, 2026: $135 per 55 min session / $195 per 85 min session.

I’m Kristen McCarthy, a clinical counsellor, somatic therapist, and yoga teacher based in Vancouver, BC.

I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach to clinical counselling that draws on somatic therapy, mindfulness, and depth-oriented perspectives to support healing and personal growth.

Together, we create a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and inner world with curiosity and care, cultivating greater self-awareness and a deeper connection to yourself.
